Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation or related field or equivalent by experience.
• English - proficient verbal & writing.
• Local language of the country of base and main operations - proficient verbal & writing.
• Prior experience in customer services or logistics in an international environment with export/import document handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding and service of customers, coordinating commercial, technical or operational issues.
• Order and contract management, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
• Handling customer inquiries and logging external complaints; feedback after QA review.
• Data management and updating shipment files for traceability.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound forwarding activities and export shipments.
• Collaborate with sales managers to provide commercial assistance and maintain information flow.
