Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in supply chain/logistics consulting or customer solution design.
• Experience with Retail/FMCG or Chemicals/Technology sectors.
• Strong commercial experience and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage and lead pursuit teams of 5–15 people.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead cross-functional pursuit teams (Sales, Product, IT/Integration, Value Engineering, Solution Engineering).
• Coordinate across Areas, Regions and Functions for global solution pursuits and align with design teams.
• Lead client workshops to identify needs, validate current vs. proposed solutions, and ROI.
• Capture customer requirements, value concepts, and scope; collaborate with Product teams to meet needs.
• Execute PMO activities, organize meetings, track progress and owners.
