Maersk in France seeks a Customer Solutions Professional for the Integrated Solutions team in Southwest Europe. The role involves creating independently value propositions for complex integrated solutions across a broad client base, with experience in Retail/FMCG or Chemicals/Technology.

You will hold senior client conversations in French and English and design end-to-end logistics concepts based on customer needs.

Qualifications

Experience in management consultancy or customer solution design in logistics.
Retail/FMCG or Chemicals/Technology experience.
Bachelor's and postgraduate degrees in business or SCM/logistics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Led pursuit teams of 5–15 individuals.
Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across Sales, Product, IT/Integration and Value Engineering.
Coordinate global pursuits across Areas, Regions and Functions.
Lead client workshops to identify needs and validate To-be solutions with ROI.
Capture requirements and design value-driven solutions with Product teams.
Manage PMO activities, track actions and reports for pursuits.
