Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking an Internal Event Manager to lead the internal events strategy and execution. You will design and implement a comprehensive events plan, manage our new event spaces, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver exceptional experiences for Mistralers.

In this role, you’ll build and maintain vendor relationships in Paris, coordinate end-to-end event logistics, and ensure every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, with 3 years as an Event Manager or similar role in corporate or tech environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• - A network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris.
• - Fluency in English and French.
• - It would be ideal if you had:

• Knowledge of AV and technical event requirements.
• - Familiarity with CRM or event management software.
