Job summary

Mistral is seeking an Internal Event Manager to design and run our internal events strategy, strengthening culture, collaboration, and employee engagement across teams.

You’ll manage Paris vendor relations, coordinate with internal teams and agencies for the new HQ events, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape experiences that showcase Mistral’s values and support a diverse, global workforce.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience, with 3 years as an Event Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or tech environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategy for internal events, ensuring alignment with Mistral’s culture and objectives.
• Plan and manage events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers in Paris.
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams hosting events in our new HQ.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
