Job summary

Riot Security, a Paris-based cybersecurity startup, is seeking an Office & Events Manager to own the workplace, events, and executive support for the CEO. The role focuses on vendors, budget, and logistics to keep the office running smoothly and enable company-wide events that boost culture.

You will collaborate with the CEO and the G&A team, ensuring proactive planning, precise execution, and a strong operational backbone in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with founders or C-level executives.
• End-to-end event planning for large groups (100+ participants).
• Own budgets and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• You are precise and proactively anticipate needs.
• You are based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris.

Responsibilities

• Run the office day to day: vendors, stock, layout, maintenance, and safety/compliance for a physical workplace.
• Build and own the office and events budget.
• Own office moves and capacity planning: analysis, options, execution.
• Run internal events end to end from weekly rituals to annual offsite.
• Own all-hands logistics: slot, room, setup, running order.
• Support our CEO by coordinating time, priorities and logistics.
