Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Paris, France is seeking a facilities management professional to act as the main client liaison for IFM and property management. You will coordinate with site leaders and stakeholders to ensure high standards of maintenance and operation across client buildings.

The role requires experience in facilities management or customer-facing roles within a large organization, fluency in French and English, and a strong grip on contracts and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or customer experience in a large commercial organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance Legal, IT, etc.).
• Be the point of contact for all matters relating to IFM and management of the properties for the client.
• Liaise with client’s admin stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the IFM are managed and the property operates to a high standard.
• Procurement of goods and services for client’s buildings.
• Hold regular meetings with Landlord and ensure lease terms are fulfilled (external maintenance, central plant management).
• Regular/monthly site inspections.
• Overseeing and managing the vendors delivering services.
• Daily office cleaning.
• Overseeing and ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of building systems (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, BMS).
