Job summary

JLL in Paris is seeking a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) to join the Integrated Facilities Management team. The role focuses on coordinating site operations, liaising with client stakeholders and landlords, and ensuring high standards of building performance across the client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, experience managing facilities contracts and suppliers, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Facilities Management or related customer-experience roles in large orgs.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and managing suppliers/contractors.
• Familiarity with EU facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality Assurance knowledge desirable.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site leadership and client stakeholders for IFM success.
• Liaise with site admins and managers to maintain high standards of operation.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings.
• Negotiate terms with landlords and oversee lease-related tasks.
• Oversee daily office cleaning and building systems (HVAC, BMS).

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) to join the Integrated Facilities Management business line in Paris.
Your tasks

• Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance Legal, IT etc.). Be the Point of Contact for all matters relating to IFM and management of the properties for the client
• Liaise with regularly with client’s admin stakeholders such as site leads, site receptionists, site administrators and site office managers to ensure all aspects of the IFM are being taken care of and the property is being maintained and operating to a high standard
• Procurement of goods and services for client’s buildings
• Hold regular meetings with Landlord, ensuring that terms of lease are being provided to client- e.g. external maintenance, central plant management
• Regular/monthly site expections
• Overseeing and managing of the vendors delivering Daily office cleaning
• Overseeing and ensuring the correct operation & maintenance of building systems such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, BMS
  

Your profile

• Ideally 5 years + experience in Facilities Management or a customer experience role within a large commercial organization
• Experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management
• Experience with EU Facility legislation, and governing bodies
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience desirable
• Fluency in French and English essential
