Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
• Assist in management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to required standards
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required
• Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate management
• Support to track site-relevant spends vs. budget
• Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDE
• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place
• Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
• Assist in implementation of Industry Best Practice operations
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure procedures and performance measures are maintained
• Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition
• Provide support for regular reporting packages
• Assist in property risk management program and disaster recovery plans
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
• Adhere to JLL’s guidelines and strategies
• Support quality management program for the site and contribute to playbooks
• Achieve KPIs and SLAs and assist in reporting to clients and internally
