Job summary

ICAPE Group is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support commercial operations from our Fontenay-aux-Roses headquarters (92). You will partner with KAMs, manage RFQs, process orders in SAP, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluent French and English are essential, with at least 3 years in electronics distribution. Partial remote work is possible; permanent full-time position with growth opportunities across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales/business.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronics sector (PCB, PCB Assembly or electronic components distribution).
• Native French speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• SAP experience is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Quotations & Offers: Analyze RFQ and prepare accurate offers with KAM alignment.
• Order Processing & Tracking: Enter, process, and track orders in SAP.
• Supply Chain Execution: Oversee daily order fulfilment for on-time delivery.
• Multicultural Coordinator: Liaise between customers, Sales, factories/suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Business Development: Build relationships within assigned accounts to grow revenue.
• Occasional Travel: Join KAM on customer visits.
• Meet defined KPIs and contribute to commercial performance.
