Rutronik Electronics Worldwide in Île-de-France is seeking an internal sales support specialist to help manage customer orders and quotations. You will engage in day-to-day sales activities and deliver professional service to customers, supporting the sales team and contributing to growth.

The role requires fluent French, good English, MS Office proficiency, and ideally ERP/CRM experience. Training and ongoing development opportunities are provided within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or a technical B2B environment.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured way of working.
• Fluent French and good English skills, combined with solid MS Office and ideally ERP/CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support customer development.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
