EXAIL is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join the Specialty Fibers division in Lannion. You will engage with customers to deliver prompt, accurate, and reliable technical assistance across the full range of photonics products.

You’ll work both remotely and on-site, helping customers achieve their objectives during product integration and operation, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes within a 100+ person team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with photonics products.
• Ability to support customers remotely and on-site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide after-sales activities: manage and respond to customer issues and returns.
• Support installation, drivers, and remote programs for product use.
• Troubleshoot fiber integration issues at customer sites (bend radius, splicing, recoating).
• Draft technical documents to support sales (tests, reports, notes).
• Occasionally conduct on-site demonstrations and troubleshooting.
