Datadog is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our in-house team in Paris. You’ll educate potential clients and ensure existing customers are happy by resolving technical questions across our platform and integrations.

In this hybrid role, you will work 3–5 days per week from the Datadog office, participate in product discussions, and grow your expertise in one or more Datadog product areas while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Computer Science or Engineering degree or bootcamp graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Linux and some programming.
• Ability to work rotating schedule with weekend availability.
• Active contributions to open-source projects and engineering communities.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests.
• Reproduce technical issues and explore Datadog’s integrations.
• Participate in product discussions based on client feedback.
• Train to become a knowledgeable specialist in Datadog product areas.
• Work from a Datadog office 3–5 days per week.
