Viral Nation Inc. is seeking an Account Services professional to drive day-to-day management of client programs and influencer campaigns across micro–macro tiers.

You will lead tactical timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous reporting to demonstrate impact. The role emphasizes frontline client communication, post-procurement influencer management, and applying an analytical approach to measure success.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer roles.
• Deep experience across paid and earned influencer engagements.
• Strong knowledge of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social content and measuring performance across programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across assigned accounts, serving as the primary client contact for tactical communication, campaign execution, and program updates.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing programs, including community management, production coordination, and creator partnerships.
• Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking, ensuring accuracy across internal platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery, identifying optimization opportunities and risks with the Account Director.
• Maintain system accuracy, workflow consistency, and adherence to internal processes.
• Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight within approved scope.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production to coordinate activities.
• Support strategic planning, campaign insights, and long-term roadmaps.
