Job summary

Viral Nation in Paris is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to drive day-to-day creator and client communication and to manage influencer campaigns from kickoff to wrap. You will coordinate with client services and the Center of Excellence to ensure timely delivery and measurable results across micro and mid-tier talent.

You’ll oversee end-to-end influencer programs, assist with on-site or remote shoots, and support reporting with wrap insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a background in marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools, with strong influencer marketing best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams and mentor junior staff
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, able to manage up to ensure alignment and progress

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams, driving tactical execution and ensuring all deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints are proactive and on time
• Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on Micro and Mid-Tier talent, including activation, content/social execution, and community management
• Support production and shoots on-site or remote, coordinating with creators and vendors for smooth execution
• Maintain data entry for assigned creators, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Assist in development of wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
• Identify risks and dependencies and propose solutions to the manager
• Support growth and upsell initiatives with pitch materials and value-add messaging
• Prepare client-facing materials such as agendas, recaps, weekly reports, and performance insights
• Contribute to quarterly/annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support execution
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
