Qualifications

• At least five years in a client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, tiers and segments.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social content and measuring social/digital/influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across assigned accounts.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing programs.
• Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain system accuracy, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production teams for integrated campaigns.
• Support strategic planning, QBR development, and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead client presentations and contribute to performance insights.
• Mentor junior team members to strengthen execution and client communication.
• Identify workflow improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency.
