The ideal candidate has at least five years in client-facing digital or influencer roles, deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing digital/influencer roles.
• Strong influencer engagement across paid and earned media.
• Deep knowledge of social media landscape and platforms.
• Experience creating social content and measuring performance.
• Highly organized with multi-client management.
• Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok or Twitch.
• Additional experience in social strategy or paid media.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and act as primary contact for campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing programs from planning to execution.
• Oversee creator operations and track campaigns with data sheets.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain operational discipline and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production teams.
• Support strategic planning, growth, and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead client presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members (AMs and AEs).
• Identify workflow improvements and explore AI-enabled tools.
