Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital, social and influencer marketing with multiple client portfolios.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, insights and performance measurement.
• Advanced knowledge of influencer marketing, production strategy, and campaign measurement.
• Strong ability to lead senior client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of revenue growth and account expansion through strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for key clients, aligning goals, KPIs and performance.
• Identify growth opportunities across accounts; partner with internal teams to drive revenue.
• Lead planning, business reviews, success measurement and account vision-setting.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across influencer, production, paid social and events.
• Manage creator communications for Macro & Mega tiers with strong partnerships.
• Drive program KPIs, pacing, optimization and overall success benchmarks.
• Lead analytics, insights, and storytelling to differentiate client work.
• Oversee BI partnerships, measurement frameworks, and reporting timelines.
• Mentor Account Supervisors and Managers; foster growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, Finance, and BI for integrated solutions.
