Job summary

Viral Nation in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to drive day-to-day execution of client programs in partnership with Client Services and our Center of Excellence. You will steward the VN process and coordinate with junior staff from initiation to successful campaign delivery.

You will manage influencer campaigns, including activation, content/social execution, and community management, while coordinating shoots and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience working within inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools and influencer marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams, delegate effectively, and review junior team members’ work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams and drive project execution.
• Support end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns focusing on Micro and Mid-Tier talent from kickoff to wrap.
• Coordinate shoots on-site or remotely and liaise with creators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain data entry and collection for creators with accuracy and on-time submission.
• Contribute to wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights.
• Identify risks or dependencies and escalate to the manager with proposed solutions.
• Assist growth initiatives, including drafting pitches, decks, and value-add messaging.
• Prepare client-facing materials: agendas, recaps, status reports, and performance insights.
