ixolabs.ai is seeking a highly experienced attorney to apply sophisticated firm-practice skills to legal research, document review and scenario evaluation in a remote role.

Candidates should have Vault Law 100 experience or a US JD with active US admission, strong research, drafting and content-review abilities, and comfort with remote collaboration.

Pay ranges from $150 to $410 per hour USD, with the applicable rate agreed before you begin.

Apply sophisticated firm-practice experience to legal research, document review and scenario evaluation. Examine litigation and transactional materials, identify legal issues, produce well-supported analyses and help define rigorous criteria for assessing model work.

Practice scope

The broad major-firm route requires prior experience at a Vault Law 100 firm. The litigation/transactions associate route uses its separately stated major-firm practice profile.

Professional background

The broad major-firm track requires experience at a Vault Law 100 firm. Its preferred profile includes active legal licensure, strong academic preparation, breadth across practices and skilled legal research, drafting and content review.

The litigation/transactions track favors a US JD, active US admission in good standing and work at an AmLaw 100 or comparable firm. Relevant depth spans complex disputes, M&A, private equity, capital markets, agreements and privacy. Across tracks, precise legal reasoning, remote collaboration and disciplined research matter. Prior structured rubric or document-quality evaluation is useful.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$150 $410/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
