Evaluate simulated fund-document negotiations and redlines. Examine limited partnership agreements, subscription documents and side letters, explain risk and drafting choices, and produce objective criteria for assessing the quality of model responses.

Professional background

You need an ABA-accredited JD, current US bar admission and at least two years in a corporate firm's funds practice. Bring familiarity with limited partnership agreements, subscription documents and side letters. Strong drafting analysis, precise communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration are required. Previous legal AI, technology or training experience is useful but not mandatory.

Working arrangements
