IXO Labs is seeking a seasoned expert to review contract-negotiation exchanges and proposed redlines. You will assess whether changes identify material issues, defend positions and edit the agreement precisely. Your output includes structured written judgments about the quality of the negotiation work.

You must produce written assessments with clarity, focusing on risk, commercial impact and alignment with business goals. This is remote freelance work with a defined task brief.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years negotiating and redlining commercial agreements.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs or vendor/SaaS terms.
• Ability to explain assessments clearly in writing.

Review contract-negotiation exchanges and proposed redlines. Assess whether the changes identify the material issues, take defensible positions and edit the agreement precisely, then provide structured written judgments about the quality of the negotiation work.

Professional background

You need a bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years personally negotiating and redlining commercial agreements. Relevant documents include MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and vendor or SaaS terms. You must explain your assessment of proposed changes clearly in writing. A JD/LLB or equivalent, technology-contract depth and high-volume in-house or fractional-GC work are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$125/completed task USD. Payment is for the stated completed unit. The brief and acceptance criteria will be agreed before work; the fee is not an hourly-rate conversion.
