ixolabs.ai seeks US-licensed lawyers with 3+ years post-JD experience to produce litigation drafts for commercial-contract disputes using public or synthetic facts. You will respond to opposing positions, develop motions and discovery materials, and maintain a coherent strategy.

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. The rate is $105/hr USD, and the rate will be agreed before starting. Location eligibility includes the United States; ensure confidentiality of materials and outputs.

Qualifications

Professional background

Preferred contributors are current or formerly admitted US lawyers with three or more post-JD years litigating commercial agreements. You should have drafted motions, discovery and pleadings concerning breach, interpretation, performance or damages, and work effectively under supervision without repeated instructions. Strong legal English is important. Firm practice, federal litigation and prior legal AI projects are advantages.

Pay
