IXO Labs is seeking a remote expert to complete simulated in-house technology-contract negotiations and redlining exercises. You will assess legal risk and explain drafting choices within MSA, NDA, DPA or financial-agreement tracks that match your experience.

You bring at least three years of in-house transactional work. AI, legal tech, or training experience is preferred. Knowledge of ISDA documents and derivatives is advantageous for the financial track.

Qualifications

• You need at least three years of in-house transactional work.
• The technology track focuses on negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and data-processing terms.
• The financial-contract track includes ISDA documentation and derivatives alongside MSA/NDA work.
• AI, legal technology or training experience is preferred.
• Corporate-firm work in M&A or private-equity fund formation is an additional advantage for relevant tracks.
