Professional background

The preferred profile is a current or formerly admitted US attorney with at least three post-JD litigation years focused on shareholder or LLC disputes. Relevant work includes fiduciary obligations, oppression, buyouts, governance and membership/operating agreements. Bring practical discovery, motion drafting and case-development skills, with written work suitable for senior legal review. Litigation-firm experience is preferred; federal-court or AI-evaluation work is useful.

Working arrangements
