A world-leading economic consultancy is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support their Paris office. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist staff with IT needs, and collaborate with the European IT team. Required qualifications include fluency in both English and French, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and at least three years of experience in a technical support role. This position offers a hybrid working model along with a competitive salary between €40K to €60K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for consulting, legal, or professional services.
• Solid experience with Active Directory and Windows 11.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technology support advocate for staff in the Paris office.
• Log, prioritise, and resolve IT tickets using ServiceNow.
• Install and troubleshoot software on laptops and mobile devices.
• Provide audio and video conferencing support.
• Troubleshoot and support network connectivity issues.
