Job summary

Sony Europe is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support employees and managers, ensuring policies meet local legal standards. You will collaborate with HR Partners, employee representatives, and management to promote a respectful and productive work environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of French employment law and experience in large international companies. Fluent in French and English; Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (Italian and/or Spanish a plus).
• Experience in employee relations in large international companies.
• Experience implementing and carrying out company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Propose HR policies aligned with legal requirements and best practice.
• Advise HR Europe functions on implementing policies and frameworks.
• Identify HR compliance risks and mitigate them.
• Conduct prompt, fair investigations into alleged compliance violations.
• Coordinate compliance with counsel and Data Privacy Officer.
• Handle works councils/unions and employee representative bodies.
• Develop and deliver training on conflict resolution and legal compliance.
• Analyse ER trends and maintain records.
