Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in an Employee Relations Specialist role.
• Excellent knowledge of French employment law, regulations and HR best practice.
• Experience implementing and carrying out company policies and procedures.
• Ability to conduct objective, thorough and confidential workplace investigations.
• Fluency in French and English; Italian and/or Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Propose HR policies aligned with legal requirements and best practice.
• Advise HR Europe functions on implementing policies and frameworks.
• Identify HR compliance risks and develop mitigation plans that protect the company’s reputation.
• Conduct prompt, fair, and well-documented investigations into alleged compliance violations.
• Coordinate compliance matters with internal and external counsel and the Data Privacy Officer.
• Handle works councils/unions and employee representative bodies.
• Develop and deliver training on conflict resolution, workplace ethics, and legal compliance.
• Analyse ER trends, track compliance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
