Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a People Partner – Europe to partner with HR leaders and cross‑functional teams across the region, delivering high‑quality HR support and compliant policies. Based in France with optional home office options, you bring 10+ years of international HR experience and 3–5 years as a HR Generalist in France to support the full employee lifecycle and mobility.

You’ll design and implement compensation/benefits programs, stay current on regulatory changes including AI in HR, and act

Qualifications

• 10 years of HR experience in an international environment.
• 5 years as HR Generalist in France with full employee lifecycle.
• Experience with employment law in several European countries, France mandatory.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to support Europe-wide operations.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Finance and Legal on HR processes.
• Support design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Promote DEI and employee engagement across Europe.
