CAREL France seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to support field sales engineers for the Maghreb market. You will advise customers, size CAREL equipment, and prepare quotations to drive orders and customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with distributors and system integrators, provide technical input, and maintain CRM records while contributing to regional growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management skills (CRM)
• Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), monitoring and supervisory systems
• Understanding of communication protocols and network systems
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
• Proactive mindset with ability to drive improvements

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for refrigeration and HVAC professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction through the sales process.
• Prepare standard quotations, product proposals, and spare parts quotations.
• Size CAREL equipment and services for customer needs.
• Educate customers about new products and solutions.
• Respond to tenders and quotations with cost estimates and proposals.
