Job summary

JACIR, a COFINAIR Group company, is recruiting for its Pontault-Combault site for an Inside Sales Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract. The role is within the SERVICES team, reporting to the Back-Office Manager, focusing on technical and commercial offers, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

The position requires a minimum of a two-year technical degree, experience in estimating costs for technical solutions (preferably HVAC/thermal engineering),

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience estimating and costing technical solutions is preferred.
• A2 English level is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requests and specifications with field sales engineers.
• Develop technical and commercial offers for Spare Parts and Refurbishment.
• Negotiate and follow up on offers with clients.
• Regularly update the customer database.
• Process and track spare parts and refurbishment orders.
• Collaborate with Design Office, Planning, Manufacturing, Sales Admin, etc.
• Prepare intervention reports.

Inside Sales Engineer (M/F) – Permanent Contract

General Missions:

Within the SERVICES team and reporting to the Back-Office Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze, in collaboration with the field sales engineers, customer requests and their specifications.
• Develop technical and commercial offers for Spare Parts and Refurbishment
• Negotiate and follow up on offers with clients
• Regularly update the customer database
• Process and track spare parts and refurbishment orders
• Collaborating with all internal departments (technical/purchasing/production) to meet customer expectations
• Prepare intervention reports

Your background:

A minimum of a two-year technical degree (BTS/DUT) is required, along with initial experience in
estimating and costing technical solutions, ideally within the
HVAC/thermal engineering sector.
Excellent spelling and proficiency in Microsoft Office are
essential for this position.
A2 level of English is required.
