Edenred is seeking a Global Learning & Development Intern to help shape how our people learn and grow worldwide. Based at Edenred HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux, you will support the Global L&D roadmap and contribute to digital learning initiatives.

You will engage in LMS management, content development, and end-to-end talent programs, including the Edenstep Graduate Program induction, while thriving in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or master's in digital Learning.
• You thrive in projects and in an international, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in HR or Learning & Development is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player.
• Fluency in English and French; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the roll-out of the 2026 L&D roadmap and monitor ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare presentations for key Group bodies (Top Management, Executive Committee).
• Participate in improvement of the digital learning platform (LMS).
• LMS administration, including user management, usage analysis, reporting and tracking.
• Create and deploy learning content (videos, e-learning, guidelines).
• Support end-to-end talent and development programs, including Edenstep Graduate Program induction weeks.
• Organize HR community meetings and boost learning culture via internal communications.

YOUR MISSION

Within the Global Learning & Development (L&D) Team, you will evolve in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and contribute to shaping how our people learn and grow worldwide.

As a Global L&D Intern, you will support the delivery of our ambitious roadmap, strengthen our digital learning ecosystem, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality experience across talent development initiatives and learning programs for all employees.

Our team's work is structured around three core pillars:

• Supporting the roll-out of the Global L&D roadmap.
• Enhancing the digital learning experience.
• Ensuring operational excellence and engagement in learning programs.

This position will work on the following tasks:

Learning Strategy & Project Management

• Project management support for the roll-out of the ambitious 2026 L&D roadmap and monitoring of ad-hoc projects.
• Contribution to cross-functional initiatives, including the preparation of presentations for key Group bodies (Top Management, Executive Committee).

Digital Learning & LMS Management

• Participation in the continuous improvement of the digital learning platform (LMS).
• LMS administration, including user management, usage analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

Learning Content Development

• Creation and/or operational deployment of learning content (videos, e-learning modules, guidelines) across various development topics.

Talent & Development Programs Support

• Support in the end-to-end execution of talent and development programs, including pre-selection, application campaigns, participant communication, logistics, and workshop preparation.
• Specific support for the Edenstep Graduate Program, including preparation and coordination of the induction week.

Community Engagement & Learning Culture

• Organization and coordination of HR community meetings at global level.
• Boosting the learning culture among HR teams and employees through internal communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You should have a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or a master's in digital Learning. An internship agreement is required.
• You are comfortable working on projects and thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development is a plus.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a motivated team player.
• You are comfortable interacting with all levels of hierarchy in an international setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• You are rigorous, organized, and pay attention to detail.
• You must be fluent in English and French; and knowing another European language is a plus!
