Edenred Group in Issy-les-Moulineaux (HQ) invites a Global Learning & Development Intern to help deliver the ambitious 2026 roadmap, strengthen the digital learning ecosystem, and ensure a high-quality experience across talent development initiatives for all employees.

You will work on learning strategy, LMS management, content development, and community engagement within a multicultural team. Start date July 2026; Bac+5 required; English and French fluent.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in HR or related master’s in digital Learning.
• Fluent in English and French; another European language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Learning Strategy & Project Management: support 2026 L&D roadmap and cross-functional presentations.
• Digital Learning & LMS Management: admin, usage analysis, reporting and tracking.
• Learning Content Development: create and deploy content across topics.
• Talent & Development Programs Support: end-to-end program execution and induction prep.
• Community Engagement: coordinate HR events and internal communications to boost culture.
