Edenred is offering an International Business Development Internship based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux. The role supports the CRO team, focusing on market analysis, strategy, and partnerships for global expansion.

Ideal candidates are in a gap year or final year, with strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills, fluent in French and English. The internship is full-time for six months, based at Edenred HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux, starting 20 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
• Previous successful experience in business development in an international environment would be an advantage

• Languages required: Fluent in French and English; other languages appreciated

YOUR MISSION

As part of the CRO team, you will report to the Global Key Account Manager, whose responsibilities include protecting our business volume and developing new business, notably through regional upselling and greenfield international companies. The International Business Developpement Intern will participate in the following missions:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities and understand the needs of potential clients in different countries.
• Strategy Support: Assist in the development of the international growth strategy by participating in meetings and providing relevant analyses.
• Networking and Partnerships: Help identify and contact potential partners, institutions, or companies to establish business relationships.
• Project Management: Participate in the implementation of specific projects related to international expansion, ensuring adherence to timelines and outcomes.
• Reporting and Presentations: Draft reports on analysis results and prepare presentations for teams or stakeholders.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Education & experience Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
• Previous successful experience in business development in an international environment would be an advantage.
• Competencies Data Analysis: Ability to interpret market data and conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating interactions with various stakeholders internationally.
• Knowledge of International Markets: Understanding of the economic, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of different countries.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while organizing complex projects.
• Languages required Fluent in French and English
• Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
