Edenred, líder en soluciones para el entorno laboral, busca un/a estudiante en Global Learning & Development para apoyar la implementación de su roadmap de aprendizaje. Trabajarás en un entorno multicultural y contribuirás a optimizar experiencias de aprendizaje para empleados en todo el mundo.

La práctica se desarrollará en un entorno global, con enfoque en la experiencia digital de aprendizaje y la excelencia operativa en programas de desarrollo.

Qualifications

• Se requiere título Bac+5 en RRHH, escuela de negocios o máster en aprendizaje digital.
• Se requiere un convenio de práctica (stage).
• Se valora experiencia previa en RRHH o aprendizaje y desarrollo.
• Se valoran habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Se requiere dominio de Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Se habla fluidamente inglés y francés; otro idioma europeo es un plus.

Responsabilités

• Apoyar la estrategia de aprendizaje y la gestión de proyectos para el roadmap 2026 de L&D.
• Gestionar la plataforma LMS y analizar su uso y rendimiento.
• Desarrollar contenidos de aprendizaje (videos, módulos e-learning, guías).
• Apoyar la ejecución de programas de talento y desarrollo (pre-selección, campañas, logística).
• Colaborar en iniciativas de engagement y cultura de aprendizaje a nivel global.

YOUR MISSION

Within the Global Learning & Development (L&D) Team, you will evolve in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and contribute to shaping how our people learn and grow worldwide. As a Global L&D Intern, you will support the delivery of our ambitious roadmap, strengthen our digital learning ecosystem, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality experience across talent development initiatives and learning programs for all employees. Our team’s work is structured around three core pillars: Supporting the roll-out of the Global L&D roadmap. Enhancing the digital learning experience. Ensuring operational excellence and engagement in learning programs.

THIS POSITION WILL WORK ON THE FOLLOWING TASKS

• Learning Strategy & Project Management
  • Project management support for the roll-out of the ambitious 2026 L&D roadmap and monitoring of ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribution to cross-functional initiatives, including the preparation of presentations for key Group bodies (Top Management, Executive Committee).
• Digital Learning & LMS Management
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the digital learning platform (LMS).
  • LMS administration, including user management, usage analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Learning Content Development
  • Creation and/or operational deployment of learning content (videos, e-learning modules, guidelines) across various development topics.
• Talent & Development Programs Support
  • Support in the end-to-end execution of talent and development programs, including pre-selection, application campaigns, participant communication, logistics, and workshop preparation.
  • Specific support for the Edenstep Graduate Program, including preparation and coordination of the induction week.
• Community Engagement & Learning Culture
  • Organization and coordination of HR community meetings at global level.
  • Boosting the learning culture among HR teams and employees through internal communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You should have a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or a master’s in digital Learning.
• An internship agreement is required.
• You are comfortable working on projects and thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development is a plus.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a motivated team player.
• You are comfortable interacting with all levels of hierarchy in an international setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• You must be fluent in English and French; and knowing another European language is a plus!
