Ce poste offre une expérience pratique dans des projets stratégiques et opérationnels, avec expos sur les marchés. Vous développez des compétences en marketing digital, communications et analyse de données.

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en cours d’obtention d’un diplôme en Administration des affaires ou Marketing digital avec une spécialisation data et IA.
• Intérêt pour le marketing international et la communication digitale.
• Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif.
• Capacité à travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes dans un environnement international.
• Bonne communication écrite et orale.
• Curieux(se), analytique et désireux(se) d’apprendre.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir des projets internationaux de marketing pour les marchands.
• Préparer des supports de campagne et des kits, coordonner les entrées des équipes locales, suivre les délais, livrables et validations, et assurer le suivi des projets.
• Contribuer à l’élaboration de contenus et d’analyses destinés aux marchands (recherches, benchmarks, supports internes).
• Participer à des initiatives d’engagement et de communauté des marchands et soutenir les formations et retours d’expériences.
• Assurer l’exécution des projets via des tableaux de bord et des flux de communication automatisés.

About the role

As part of the Global Merchant Marketing team, you will support the development and execution of international marketing initiatives designed to strengthen Edenred’s value proposition for merchants. This apprenticeship offers a strong learning experience in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with exposure to strategic and operational projects across several markets.

Main responsibilities

Support international merchant marketing projects

• Help prepare campaign materials and toolkits, coordinate inputs from local teams, track timelines, deliverables, and approvals, support project follow-up and internal alignment.

Missions

Merchant communication

You will support projects aimed at improving the end-to-end merchant experience, especially across digital and lifecycle communications. This may include communication flows and identifying opportunities to improve message relevance and engagement.

Content and insight development

You will contribute to the preparation of merchant-facing content and strategic marketing materials, including research and benchmark summaries, presentations and internal support documents, merchant testimonials and use cases, and other thought leadership initiatives.

Merchant community and engagement initiatives

You may also contribute to initiatives designed to strengthen merchant relationships and advocacy, such as merchant community-building and training programs. Your support may cover coordination and preparation of materials, feedback consolidation, post-event recap and insights sharing.

Reporting and automation

You will help ensure smooth project execution through dashboard and reporting updates and automated communication flows.

Profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing with a focus on data and AI.
• You have a strong interest in international marketing, digital communication.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn.

Skills

• Data Driven, AI-literate, strong command of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Interest in CRM, digital journeys, and campaign performance.
• Good writing and synthesis skills.
• Ability to manage several topics in parallel.
• Knowledge of collaborative and project management tools is a plus.

Languages

Fluent English is required. French is a strong plus. Any additional language is an advantage.
