Bull is launching an HRIS transformation project and seeks an HRIS Application Manager to strengthen the HR IT team across Europe. You will lead SAP HR/HCM-focused processes, oversee integration with payroll systems, and design a scalable HRIS architecture with cross-country scope.

The role emphasizes architecture, governance, and strategic ownership of the HRIS/WorkDay domain within a fast-growing organization, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM and personnel administration
• Proven multi-country HRIS transformation programs (20+ countries)
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current SAP HR, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.
• Analyze payroll integrations and HR data flows.
• Inventory interfaces, EDI exchanges, and custom developments; design target integration architecture.
• Produce high-level functional specs for key integrations within the HRIS landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
