HR Path Group is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its HRIS Integration activity, focusing on implementing HRIS projects for international accounts across multiple sectors. You will work within the HR Path - Implement community, leveraging expertise on major HRIS solutions such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and more.

Reporting to the SAP Practice, you will drive design, configuration, testing, and deployment, coordinating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

Significant experience of more than 2 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Technical and functional expertise on one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent).
Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Responsabilités

Participate in all phases of HRIS implementation (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support) for clients.
Lead project management activities for HRIS implementations in collaboration with the project team.
Translate client needs into deliverables and produce documentation and presentations.
Parameterize HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) according to business specifications.
Conduct acceptance and non-regression tests to assess configuration impacts.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance, monitor HRIS data quality.
Train users and advise on the solution; monitor changes and updates.
Handle maintenance tickets (bug fixes, evolutions) and test patches.
Identify potential improvements and communicate resolutions to the project team.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams; supervise project work in client sites when needed.
