Atos in Courbevoie, France, seeks an experienced SAP HR/HRIS Integration Architect to lead HRIS transformations and ensure seamless payroll data flows. You will evaluate current SAP HR, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes, and design a robust integration architecture across systems.

With 10+ years in SAP HR/HCM, you will drive multi-country HRIS programs, coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations, and deliver high-level specs for critical integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HR / SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Workforce Management.
• Proven multi-country HRIS transformation experience (20+ countries).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate SAP HR, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.
• Analyze payroll integrations and HR data flows.
• Inventory interfaces, EDI exchanges, and custom developments; design target integration architecture.
• Produce high-level functional specs for key integrations within the new HRIS landscape.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
