Back Market is seeking an HRIS Specialist to own the People Team's tooling across 17 countries, with Workday at its core. You will configure and optimize Workday modules, manage releases, and streamline HR tools to deliver a coherent, governed stack.

You’ll also partner with tech and external vendors to enable integrations and explore AI-driven improvements. You will drive documentation, training, and user support for the HRIS ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and scalable processes across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Proficient with Workday HCM, reporting (calculated fields, advanced and matrix reports) and security configuration.
• Successfully administered at least one other HR tool end-to-end (ATS, expense management, LMS, engagement platform…).
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and push back when needed.
• Structured and thorough with a focus on data accuracy and documentation in a multi-country setup.
• Able to take over a scope and map/transition responsibilities with diplomacy.
• Capable of reconciling competing requests and explaining when something is not the right time.
• Fluent in English, our working language.

Responsabilités

• Configure, test, and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Help and Journeys, from gathering business needs to deployment.
• Own the release management cycle: assess Workday releases, test impacts, implement concrete improvements for the business.
• Troubleshoot workflow and system issues; perform root cause analysis and fix recurring incidents.
