OPmobility in Île-de-France is seeking an apprentice to join the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, supporting HR platforms (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) with Level 1 support and data quality responsibilities.

You will coordinate master data initiatives and help implement annual HR processes across EMEA, while developing expertise in HR tech and data management. Fluent French/English required in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management or related field.
• Strong interest in HR technologies and data.
• Excellent knowledge of databases and data analysis tools (Excel).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (EMEA regional level).
• Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.
• Support the implementation of annual HR processes across EMEA (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.).
• Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).
• Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source.
• Support the preparation and deployment of change management plans for HR digital initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, toolkits, user guides, announcements) to support new processes deployed across the Region.
• Contribute to the collection and consolidation of feedback from end-users to improve adoption and address resistance.
