Accor is offering a 6-month HRIS internship in Issy-les-Moulineaux, focused on reliability and evolution of Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) within the Core HR framework.

You will work in the HRIS, Digital & Transformation Department, contributing to a digital transformation drive and deployment of an AI assistant, while collaborating with international teams and leveraging strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree program: final-year student or recent graduate in HRIS, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Data Analyst, or related field.
• Internship duration: 6 months — Preferred start date: September 2026

Responsabilités

• Contribute to reliability and improvement of Core HR processes on Employee Central.
• Own the offboarding process: gather requirements, communicate with technical team, perform UAT and demos, update documentation.
• Run monthly activities related to permissions, workflows, Core HR data, and operational reports.
• Support the support team and coordinate with technical teams on change requests and incident tickets; manage related UAT.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data issues and coordinate remediation actions with teams.
• Train users on operational Employee Central reports and dashboards.
• Deliver HR data reports for HRIS audits.
• Contribute to deploying the new HR AI Assistant by conducting UAT and updating SOPs.
• Maintain and enrich the HRIS process library for visibility and transparency to leaders and teams.
