Accor invites an ambitious HRIS intern to join the Digital & Transformation team in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will support the reliability and evolution of Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) for corporate populations and contribute to the HR digital transformation, including the new HR AI Assistant.

You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, UAT, and SOP updates while working with international teams, mentors, and a dynamic HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in HRIS, HR management, project management, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with AI assistants or agents is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to reliability and continuous improvement of Core HR processes in Employee Central.
• Own the offboarding process: gather requirements, coordinate with technical teams, conduct UAT and demos, update docs.
• Run monthly activities related to permissions, workflows, Core HR data, and reports.
• Support the support team and coordinate change requests and incident tickets, including UAT.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data issues and plan remediation with tech/support teams.
• Train users on operational Employee Central reports and dashboards.
• Deliver HR data reports for HRIS audits.
• Contribute to deploying the HR AI Assistant with UAT and SOP updates.
• Maintain and enrich the HRIS process library for visibility across leadership and teams.
