BIC World is seeking an ambitious HR analytics apprentice to join our dynamic team in Île-de-France. You will design and maintain People Analytics dashboards, support headcount and labor cost analyses, and help with compensation reporting.

You will translate business requirements into clear analytics, ensure data quality, and collaborate with HR teams across the group. This role offers hands-on experience in global HR analytics, a flexible working environment, and opportunities to take ownership

Qualifications

Enrolled in an HR- or data-focused Master program.
Interest in HR analytics or HR controlling.
Proficient in Excel; able to build Power BI reports.

Responsabilités

Design, build, test, and maintain People Analytics and HR controlling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations (e.g. headcount, labor cost, workforce structure).
Support HR controlling processes, including headcount controlling, labor cost analysis, and Year-End processes.
Contribute to compensation and social reporting, including topics such as gender pay gap, workforce demographics, and age or equity analyses.
