Provide support to the HR team on general HR administration

About the Role

We’re looking for a Visa Services Coordinator to support the smooth setup and administration of event staff visa systems for major international projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys bringing structure and precision to complex logistics.

The role may also support additional HR administrative activities (such as employee data updates, contract preparation, or onboarding formalities).

Key Responsibilities:

Support the setup and management of visa systems for event staff
Coordinate and maintain internal tools, email inbox and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Liaise with key HBS teams and event staff to resolve visa issues
Ensure timely delivery of reports and data to internal and external partners
Provide support to the HR team on general HR administration
