About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to work closely with the HR Director, Head of Corporate HR and wider team in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Division. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth sharing, consolidation, and tracking of information across HR departments, supporting divisional reporting, workforce planning tools, and strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with other divisional coordinators, contribute to process improvements, and assist with the delivery of specific HR projects while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and effective communication across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Director in coordinating activities and the consolidation, tracking, and sharing of information between different HR departments and stakeholders.
- Work closely with other divisional coordinators to ensure alignment of priorities, activities, and reporting requirements.
- Support and maintain HR project and resource management tools, including the time tracking and resource planning tools.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyse divisional HR reports, dashboards, and workforce planning information.
- Coordinate divisional meetings, actions, and follow‑up activities, ensuring timely communication and completion of deliverables.
- Support the management and execution of specific HR projects and initiatives, such as updates to HR information within the internal communications platform and other internal systems.
- Support the standardisation of HR processes, templates, reporting methodologies, and documentation across the division.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance coordination, information flow, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records relating to divisional projects, reporting activities, and workforce planning information, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal processes
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Fluent English spoken and written required.
- 1-2 years of experience gained within an HR, project coordination, business support, or HR operations environment.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to track, consolidate, and communicate information accurately.
- Experience working with reporting tools, workforce planning systems, or project management platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to analyse and present information effectively.
- Ability to manage data, reporting, and coordination activities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different HR teams and business functions.
- Demonstrates a proactive and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
- Effectively prioritises tasks across multiple deadlines and business requirements.
- Demonstrates adaptability in a dynamic and international environment.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and promotes best practices across the HR Division.
