Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to support the HR Division from our Boulogne-Billancourt office near Paris. This fixed-term 6-month contract involves assisting with information sharing, reporting, workforce planning tools, and key HR projects.
You will work with the HR Director and divisional coordinators to standardise processes, manage time tracking and resource planning, and ensure accuracy and compliance in divisional records.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to work closely with the HR Director, Head of Corporate HR and wider team in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Division. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth sharing, consolidation, and tracking of information across HR departments, supporting divisional reporting, workforce planning tools, and strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with other divisional coordinators, contribute to process improvements, and assist with the delivery of specific HR projects while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and effective communication across the division.
