HBS is hiring a Business Analyst Apprentice to join the Platforms & Solutions team in Paris. The role supports ERP and Back‑Office activities, reporting to the ERP and Back‑Office Applications Manager.

You will contribute to operational support, tool improvements, and documentation. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s in Information Systems or related field with a strong interest in Microsoft tools and low‑code/no‑code tech, plus knowledge of SQL and IT support processes.

We are hiring a Business Analyst Alternant for our Platforms and Solutions team in Paris!

Based in Boulogne Billancourt, Paris

Duration: 1–2 years

Apprenticeship / Alternance Contract

Flexible alternance structure depending on the school programme (e.g. 1 day at school / 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school / 3 weeks in the company)

Compensation in line with French legal apprenticeship requirements (depending on age and level of studies)

We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice to join the Platforms & Solutions team and support ERP and Back-Office activities. Reporting to the ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager, you will contribute to operational support, continuous improvement of tools, and functional and technical documentation. This is an ideal position for a curious, structured, and service‑oriented candidate with a strong interest in IT and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Within the team, you will contribute to the effective management of Back-Office applications and projects within the Platforms & Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with internal users and stakeholders to understand business needs, handle requests, and support tool enhancements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in Platforms & Solutions portfolio projects under the supervision of the ERP and Back-Office Manager.
• Providing user support for ERP and Back-Office applications.
• Handling incidents, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Supporting ERP data management, integrations, and reporting activities.
• Monitoring system performance and contributing to problem resolution.Updating and creating functional and technical documentation.
• Supporting users in the adoption of tools and internal processes.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong interest in Microsoft tools, ERP environments, and low‑code/no‑code technologies.

A good understanding of SQL databases, application interfaces, and IT support processes is appreciated.
