Job summary

Mirakl is hiring an HR Project Manager Apprentice to join the People team in Paris. You will coordinate learning events, track attendance and feedback, and curate AI-enabled learning paths to empower employees. Strong collaboration across functions and excellent French/English communication are essential.

This 12-month apprenticeship starts January 2027 and is based in Paris with up to two remote days per month.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+5 Master’s in HR from a business school or university.
• Hybrid profiles with analytical skills and project management are welcome.
• Availability for a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2027 is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning events such as Manager Days, hackathons, bootcamps and learning sessions, handling logistics and follow-up.
• Track participation and gather feedback to improve learning programs.
• Curate learning content by organizing AI and enablement resources into clear paths.
• Create practical guides, FAQs and quick-reference materials for widespread use.
• Support AI fluency initiatives by documenting use cases and surveys.
