PartnerRe Ltd. in Paris is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and workforce administration for the Paris office (236 employees) and the Strasbourg office (26 employees).

You will report to the HR Geo Partner France and collaborate with an HR Specialist on the same area, ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. Strong experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll is essential, along with excellent Excel skills and English

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in workforce administration and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll.
• Good command of Office 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll processes for Paris and Strasbourg offices.
• Enter and verify data for new hires and departures.
• Coordinate payroll controls with HR and accounting.
